Platform
The quiet engine of the year
The TSM portal isn't another dashboard to ignore. It's where the pre-work happens, where the habits get logged, and where you see, honestly, whether anything is changing.
Before day one
Compass profiles, owned by the person
Each person completes a short styles questionnaire and receives a profile written in careful language: tendencies, not types; every strength paired with a watch-out and a practical bridge.
Profiles are private by default. Sharing into the team view is a deliberate choice each person makes, never something done to them.

The team view
A map of the team, not a filing cabinet of labels
The Team Map shows where the team spreads across working styles: where the natural clashes and the blind spots sit. It shows distributions and patterns; it never publicly types an individual.
Facilitators design your two days from this map and from the anonymised frustrations the team submits alongside it.
Team map · 12 members shared
Distributions, never labels: the map shows where the team spreads, and each dot stays anonymous unless its owner shares.
The briefing habit
Mission Briefs, written in five parts
The five-part brief your team learns on day two lives in the portal as a fillable, shareable template: situation, mission, execution, support, comms. One sentence of mission, with the why built in.
Every brief can request a back-brief: the receiver plays the task back in their own words before starting. It takes thirty seconds and prevents most handover failures.
Mission brief · Draft
- Situation
- Renewal at risk; client reported two missed handovers in Q2.
- Mission
- Deliver the migration plan by 14 Nov in order to secure renewal.
- Execution
- Three phases; Priya decides scope trade-offs without escalation.
- Support
- Design 2 days/wk · £4k contingency · escalation: Sam.
- Comms
- Weekly note Fridays; client call fortnightly; Slack #migration.
The review habit
An honest log of what actually happened
Every after-action review the team runs gets logged: what was supposed to happen, what happened, why, and what to sustain or change, with named owners on every change.
Over a year the log becomes something rare: a truthful memory of how the team works, written by the team itself.
AAR log · Sprint 41
2026-06-12 · 14:20 · Facilitated by team · 25 min
- Supposed
- Ship reporting v2 to all accounts by Friday.
- Actual
- Shipped to 60%; rollback on two accounts.
- Why
- Scope grew mid-sprint; no back-brief on the change.
- Sustain
- Daily 10-min check held all sprint; keep.
- Change
- Scope changes get a fresh back-brief. Owner: Mo.

The agreement
A Team Contract with real consent
The commitments your team writes on day two live here, each with an owner, a measure, and a review date. Every member consents explicitly, and a pass is respected and followed up privately, never forced.
At each quarterly reset the contract is reviewed against the evidence, clause by clause. It stays a working agreement, not a laminated poster.
Team contract · Review due 03 Oct
We will send agendas 24 hours ahead, with purpose and desired outcome, so that quiet preparation counts.
12 of 12 consented
We will back-brief every handover before work starts, so that “that's not what I meant” becomes rare.
12 of 12 consented
We will raise friction within 24 hours using the repair protocol, so that nothing festers past a day.

The heartbeat
Monthly pulses that take a minute
One rotating question a month keeps the signal live between resets: clarity one month, safety the next, repair the month after. Sixty seconds to answer; aggregate-only reporting, always.
Monthly pulse · “Expectations on me are clear”
One rotating question a month, sixty seconds to answer, aggregate-only reporting. A table view accompanies every chart.
The reckoning
Impact reports you could show your board
Every quarter, the portal assembles the honest picture: baseline against follow-up on the scales, counts of the behaviours that stuck, contract adherence, and your own business proxies: delivery, incidents, rework.
If something isn’t moving, the report says so, and the next reset is redesigned around it. That’s the deal.

The portal comes with the method
It isn't sold separately, because the software only works when the habits do. See both on a discovery call.
