Book a discovery call

Forty-five minutes with one of our founders. Bring what's going on; we'll tell you honestly whether the method fits, and if it doesn't, we'll say so.

The call

What happens next

  1. 01

We reply with times within three working days, and a short note on what we heard in your message.

  2. 02

On the call, a founder asks about the friction: what it looks like on a normal Tuesday, what you’ve already tried, whether anything difficult is live right now. And you ask the awkward questions.

  3. 03

If it fits, we book a walkthrough of a written proposal; we never email one cold. If it doesn’t, we say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better suited.

The method is built for teams of 8 to 24. Outside that range, we’ll talk options honestly.

We’ll reply within three working days. Your message goes to a founder to prepare for one conversation, not into a mailing list.

The questions buyers actually ask

Personality questionnaires have a bad reputation. Why do you use one?

Because of what we use it for, and only that. The TSM Compass gives a team a fast, low-threat shared vocabulary for difference; we never use it to select, promote, or predict anything about anyone. Results belong to the individual and are shared only with their consent. None of our outcome claims rests on the questionnaire: the results come from briefing habits, review habits, and contracted agreements, which is why those are what we measure.

The military side sounds aggressive. Is it?

No, and this is the most common surprise in participant feedback. The military content is clarity, trust, and honest review: how to state the purpose of a task, how to hand work over without ambiguity, and how to review what happened with blame structurally excluded. No shouting, no assault courses, no hierarchy games. The relational people in the room most often describe the after-action review as the safest conversation of the two days.

Is this therapy at work? That sounds risky.

Agreed, which is why we don't do it. The psychological content is an organisational and educational model, delivered by clinically trained facilitators who know exactly where the line is because they hold it professionally. Nobody's personal history is opened in a team room. If something personal surfaces, it is contained with care and signposted to proper support, under a written boundary policy your HR team sees before we start.

Can we just buy the two days?

No: that's the one sale we always turn down, warmly. The glow after a great workshop decays within about a fortnight; what changes a team is rhythm. Every engagement is twelve months: the two-day core, monthly pulses, quarterly reset days, and a coaching bank, with the follow-through contracted before day one. If you want a smaller first step, the one-day Leadership Intensive is the honest way in.

What will our organisation see about individuals?

Aggregate themes and trends: nothing else. Individual Compass results, pulse answers, and coaching content are private to the person. Your team hears this in writing before the portal opens, and again plainly in the room on day one, alongside exactly who commissioned the work and what will be reported. That disclosure is why people tell us the truth, and the truth is what you're paying for.

Who actually turns up to deliver it?

A certified pair: one psychologically trained facilitator and one military-experienced instructor, every time. Both are certified in the method, trained in each other's discipline, and observed before they ever lead a room. The two voices aren't a sales line; they're the delivery model, and your delivery pair is named in the proposal, before you sign anything.
